For airport or train station pick-up we need your date, arrival time, flight or train number, name, phone number, email address, destination address, number of adults and children, and information about luggage, skis or snowboards. For a return transfer we also need date, pick-up time and departure details.
Yes. After your request has been checked, you will receive a written confirmation by email.
Please send us your new plans as early as possible. Changes are generally possible up to 24 hours before the planned transfer. For very short-notice changes, please call us.
Changes to arrival date, return date, pick-up times or number of persons with the same vehicle type are usually free. If the destination or vehicle type changes, the transfer price may also change.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. If the cancellation arrives when the vehicle is already on the way, costs may apply based on the distance already driven.
At Innsbruck Airport, your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. At Innsbruck main station, the meeting point is towards the underground car park near the M-Preis supermarket.
Especially in winter the schedule is very tight. Please be on time for your pick-up. In general, we can wait no longer than about 10 minutes.
All passengers must wear seat belts during the entire ride. Child seats are provided free of charge if requested in advance. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the vehicles.
Payment is possible in cash after the transfer or, on request, by advance payment via invoice.
The fixed transfer price includes costs such as parking fees, child seats and luggage. Tips are not included and are voluntary.
If you provided your flight number, we can check the actual arrival time. Additional phone information is always helpful. No additional costs apply because of a flight delay.
