So that we can plan your transfer optmial for you we need a number of information:
Airport or train station pickup:
You will receive a confirmation of your booked transfer from us by e-mail.
After you have sent your booking to us, all the data you have provided will be checked for completeness.
You will then receive a written booking confirmation by e-mail within 12 hours.
Inform us about your new plans and we will adapt to you.
In principle, changes are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer. However, during the peak winter season, there may be a short wait for your changed pickup.
Please notify us of any changes to your booked transfer as soon as possible by email. However, since our office is not staffed 24/7, we request that you notify us by phone in case of very short notice changes.

We regret and accept the cancellation of your transfer equally.
But even in case of cancellation, fairness to you is a matter of course.
You cancel free of charge:
Up to 24 hours before your transfer, you can cancel free of charge without giving any reason. Please send us an e-mail in this regard
Nevertheless, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. The sooner we know about your cancellation, the greater the chance for us to find another customer in your place.
You cancel with costs:
If we receive your cancellation at such short notice before the transfer that our vehicle is already on its way to your pick-up location, then the following fees will apply:
€ 2.00 per kilometer already traveled.

At the airport:
After baggage claim, go to the arrivals hall. Your driver will be waiting for you there with a name sign.
At Innsbruck main station:
Walk from the platform in the direction of the underground car park. On the right side you will see a supermarket with the sign “M-Preis”. Your driver will be waiting for you there with a name sign.
During the winter season our transfer appointments are very tightly organized. We place the highest priority on picking you up from your hotel on time. In order for us to guarantee this quality to all our passengers, an extremely punctual departure from the hotel is necessary.
We ask you not to keep our drivers waiting and to keep the agreed time. Remember that a late pick-up causes a chain reaction.
In other words, we cannot wait more than 10 minutes.
We strictly comply with the legal safety regulations and thus ensure your safety.
Child seats:
In Austria, it is obligatory to transport children in age-appropriate child seats. The legislator sees the responsibility in this regard with the driver.
Please let us know the number and age of your children when booking. We are happy to provide child seats free of charge.
Seat belt obligation:
All passengers, including those in the back seats, must remain wearing seat belts throughout the trip.
Alcohol and smoking ban:
As a concessionaire of a rental car concession, our vehicles count as public transportation. The consumption of alcohol and smoking is therefore not permitted.
To settle your transfer we offer you two payment options:
Payment option 1: Cash after the transfer.
We ask you to pay the agreed transfer price in cash to the driver.
Payment option 2: Prepayment by invoice
Upon request, we will be happy to issue you an invoice, which you can settle no later than three days before the transfer.
In case of cancellation the amount will be paid back to you immediately.
Why is there no possibility to pay by credit card?
We try to keep our prices as low as possible and want to avoid increases due to bank and credit card fees. We see this as an advantage for both of us.
You pay a fixed transfer price with no hidden additional costs.
There are no nasty surprises when paying your transfer price. Our prices are completely transparent and include all applicable costs and fees such as:
Tip?
It is not included in the transfer price. Our driver(s) is happy to welcome you as a customer. It is your voluntary decision to make him or her even happier.
Since we made sure to get your flight number when you booked, we know your actual arrival time and can respond to any flight delay.

We will adjust our transfer planning as much as possible to your new arrival time. We cannot completely rule out minor waiting times on your part during the winter peak season.
Of course, there will be no additional costs for you in case of a flight delay.

Coaches cannot be tracked by GPS. We are therefore dependent on your information regarding your arrival time. Of course, we will arrange for your pick-up even in such a case.
