Offering a 24/7 availability is not possible for our small company. Sometimes all of us have to sleep. But we have a reliably organized system. We are always available to you until you have arrived safely at your destination.
It may also happen that your flight is diverted to another airport, and you will be taken to Innsbruck by bus transfer. In this case, we kindly ask you to contact us as soon as possible, because we cannot track you exact arrival time.
